Fishing Tackle Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing our fishing tackle products! This Shipping Policy outlines important details about our delivery services, including shipping destinations, delivery times, costs, and other key information to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all anglers.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Please note that some remote areas (such as isolated islands, rural areas with limited logistics access) may not be covered, or additional shipping fees may apply. You can check if your location is eligible during the checkout process by entering your shipping address.

2. Shipping Costs & Eligibility for Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination, package weight, and order total. You can view the exact shipping fee before completing your order by entering your address in the checkout page.
Free Shipping Promotion: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of fishing tackle totaling $59 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees). This promotion applies to most destinations; remote areas may still require a small additional fee.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Below is an estimated delivery time for common regions:
  • United States & Canada: 3-7 business days (Standard Shipping); 1-3 business days (Express Shipping)
  • European Union: 4-10 business days (Standard Shipping); 2-5 business days (Express Shipping)
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 business days (Standard Shipping); 3-6 business days (Express Shipping)
  • Other International Destinations: 7-15 business days (Standard Shipping); 4-8 business days (Express Shipping)
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods (e.g., holidays). We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress in real time.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

After you place an order, we will confirm your payment and prepare your fishing tackle (e.g., rods, reels, lures, tackle boxes) with care to ensure they are well-packaged and protected during transit. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also check your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

5. Packaging & Handling

We understand that fishing tackle (especially rods and reels) is fragile. All products are packaged with high-quality materials (such as shock-absorbing foam, sturdy cartons) to prevent damage during shipping. For long fishing rods, we use specialized tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We will provide all necessary documentation (such as commercial invoices) to facilitate customs clearance, but we are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.

7. Shipping Delays & Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or if you encounter any issues (e.g., lost, damaged, or incorrect items), please contact our customer service team within 30 days of placing your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging for a replacement or refund if necessary.

8. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping details.
